If the weather or an unforeseen event occurs and your Donkey Discovery has to be cancelled without us being able to book an alternate date, a full refund will apply. (Please note that we do have an undercover area and in the heat we will be 90% of the time in the shade).
If you cancel the whole group experience within two weeks 50% of your payment will be reimbursed. If it is cancelled within 48 hours no refund will apply.
If individuals drop out but not the whole group, the same refunds apply.
